Advisory

We map how your operation runs, then deploy the AI that fixes it.

We evaluate your operation and deploy exactly the mix you need. Managed agents, automations, the compute to run them, and the team to own it.

We don't sell a package. We deploy what your operation actually needs.

Operations-heavy mid-market teams do not need another deck. We go in, map how your operation actually runs, and find where AI changes the math. Then we deploy from the capabilities below, scoped to exactly what you want. Take one. Take the whole system. Start anywhere.

How an engagement runs.

Every engagement starts with the evaluation. From there we deploy only the capabilities that earn their place, hand your team the keys, and stay on as the partner that keeps surfacing the next win. Actionable changes come within days, not quarters.

The loop closes on purpose: as the business changes, the map gets re-read and the mix gets tuned.

What we deploy

Five capabilities. Every engagement takes a different mix.

Not a package and not a sequence you march through. These are the capabilities we scope from once the evaluation is clear.

Strategy & Evaluation

Every engagement starts the same way. We get inside how your operation runs today, then map where AI changes the math and where it does not. Nothing gets deployed before that picture is clear.

  • Operational audit: interviews, walk-throughs, and data-flow mapping across your stack
  • Quantified findings: where the operation leaks time, money, and information
  • A phased roadmap for the next 12 to 24 months you can plan and budget against

Delivered: About two weeks for the audit, three to four with strategy work, on-site or remote. It ends in a read-out with your leadership team and a plan ranked by impact and effort. Even if the engagement ends there, you know where to start. We recommend vendors and tell you when we are not the answer.

Managed AI Agents

We set up the right agents for the right jobs, give your team the framework to run them, and deploy them where your data lives: your cloud, your VPC, or fully local. You own how they run.

  • Agent design per workflow: approvals, document handling, invoice matching, coordination
  • Deployment in your cloud, your VPC, or on your own hardware
  • The framework, guardrails, and audit trails your team uses to run and extend them

Delivered: Each agent is scoped per workflow: discovery, build, deploy, monitor. Your team runs them from day one with the framework and guardrails in place.

Automation & Agentic Workflows

Some work needs a simple automation. Some needs a full agentic workflow. We build the depth you actually need, on top of the tools you already run.

  • Approval routing that skips the email chain
  • Document intake and classification into structured records
  • Systems integration so a change in one tool shows up everywhere it matters

Delivered: Each automation is a discrete engagement: discovery, build, deploy, monitor. Deployed in series, not in parallel, so your team fully owns one before the next lands.

Deployment & Compute

Some data cannot leave the building, and that should not lock you out of AI. We stand up the compute to run local or cloud models, in your VPC or on your own hardware, with a security posture that fits how you operate.

  • Cloud, VPC, or on-premise deployment
  • Compute set up to run local or cloud models
  • Identity and access mapping so the right people see the right data

Delivered: Scoped per environment. We stand it up, wire in monitoring and error handling so problems surface fast, and document it so your team can maintain it.

Enablement & Partnership

You own the system; the point is durability, not dependence. We train your team to run it and get more out of the tools they already have. We keep you current on what is shipping in your sector, and we stay on to tune the system and surface where the next work compounds.

  • Role-based training, runbooks, and video walk-throughs so your team operates and extends the work
  • Quarterly industry briefings: what is shipping in your sector, what is hype, regulatory heads-up
  • Ongoing tuning, drift monitoring, and quarterly reviews against the original audit metrics

Delivered: Training is designed as we build, so documentation exists by the time the system goes live. The handoff is a working session, not a slide deck. Reviews and briefings run quarterly after that.

Engagements have run across construction, real estate, financial services, logistics, and professional services. If your operations are workflow-heavy, the model fits.

Advisory feeds the platform.

Some engagements deploy onto the Navon platform, live in construction today. Advisory stands alone; the two combine when it makes sense.

FAQ

Common questions about advisory engagements.

The things buyers ask before the first call. If the answer you need is not here, send a general inquiry or start the qualification intake.

How is this different from a traditional management consulting firm?

Consulting firms hand you a deck and leave. We evaluate how you run, then deploy the system: managed agents, automations, the compute to run them, and the training so your team owns it. Strategy without execution is a report. We do both.

Do we have to take all of it?

No. Everything is modular. The evaluation is the common starting point; from there you take exactly the mix you want. Agents only, automations only, compute setup only, or the full deployment. It is all scoped to what you actually need.

Can the agents run inside our own environment?

Yes. We deploy managed agents in your cloud, your VPC, or fully local on your own hardware, with the compute set up to run local or cloud models. For teams where data has to stay put, this is the point.

Do you sell software, or just advice?

Both. Advisory is the practice that evaluates and deploys. The Navon platform is a separate product, live in construction, that some engagements deploy onto. Advisory can be standalone, platform can be standalone, or the two combine.

What does a typical engagement look like?

It starts with the evaluation: about two weeks inside how you run, ending in a read-out with your leadership team and a phased plan. From there you pick the mix. Deployments run as discrete scoped engagements, in series, with training built in as we go. The quarterly partnership continues after that.

Do you build everything for us, or help our team build?

Both. We build and deploy, and every engagement embeds the training, runbooks, and train-the-trainer sessions your team needs to operate and extend the system without us. The point is durability, not dependence.

What industries do you serve?

Advisory engagements have run across construction, real estate, financial services, logistics, and professional services. If your operations are workflow-heavy and mid-market, we can probably help.

How long until we see operational change?

Value starts in the first session. You leave the initial conversations with clarity on what to automate, what to augment, and what to leave alone. Actionable changes come within days, not quarters. Compounding gains come from the ongoing partnership.
